I created Home Inspection Services, LLC, in 2022 as a way for me to share with others the knowledge and expertise I’ve earned over the past 13 years serving in the role of Project Manager on a variety of construction projects ranging from world-class oceanfront estates in the Hamptons to eight-figure commercial projects.
My mission is to help people every day. I understand that a home is much more than bricks & mortar. It’s where you invest a significant portion of your wealth, it’s where you raise your children, and it’s where you enjoy your retirement. That belief and understanding are how I approach every home inspection. I will always take the time to ensure my customers understand all inspection observations and are confident all questions have been answered.

• Easy-to-read reports with high-resolution photos and detailed explanations
• Inspections & reports performed 7 days / week at no extra charge
• All reports sent in PDF file within 24 hours of inspection completion
• Radon gas testing
• Environmental air quality testing (mold spores, allergens, etc.)
• Drone imaging to aid in evaluation of roof & chimney building elements
How We're Different
- I do not nickel & dime on pricing.
- I do not charge for re-inspections. For example, if weather conditions do not permit me to walk a roof, then I will make a return trip at no additional charge.
- I am going to inspect for evidence of wood-destroying organisms at no extra charge.
- I have the heart of a teacher, and I encourage customers to attend inspections and ask questions.
- My customers are my neighbors. Therefore, I view the inspection as the start of a relationship and welcome into my community.

At Home Inspection Services, LLC we understand often our customers have a short due diligence windows when closing on the sale of a property. Therefore we offer inspections 7-days / week.
